Communication Toolkit
This toolkit provides professionally written and designed materials you can tailor and use to communicate information about cervical cancer prevention and early detection. The toolkit features Microsoft Word (.doc) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) documents you can use by clicking on the document name or description.
The Microsoft Word documents can easily be tailored by typing specific information about your sponsoring organization in the grey boxes (form fields). The grey boxes will not appear when the document is printed. However, if e-mailing a document, be sure to erase the grey boxes by turning off the form field shading – in Microsoft Word, go to view, Toolbars, Forms, then click on the form field shading toolbar icon. It’s easy to do once you get the hang of it.
